Betsy Horton, MD, is the owner and medical director of Omega Med Spa in Fayetteville, Georgia. She has over 2 decades of experience in internal and aesthetic medicine. Dr. Horton earned her medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, Georgia. She has taken her experience as a assistant clinical professor at Mercer University and used it to give clients at Omega Med Spa a professional’s touch.
Dr. Horton maintains her advanced credentials with continuing education. She’s board-certified in internal medicine and uses the latest advances in internal and aesthetic medicine to ensure each patient receives the most desirable results. Dr. Horton welcomes new patients to her practice and looks forward to serving them.
Meet Marley Bonnanzio, LE
Marley Bonnanzio, LE, LCLT, is a medical esthetician, licensed laser practitioner, and technician specializing in skin beautification. Her primary focus is helping clients preserve and regain youthful skin but that isn’t all she does. Marley Bonnanzio is the advisor for all cosmetic procedures and with her extensive knowledge of cosmetic chemistry, she has formulated unique, holistic cures for skin conditions like acne, eczema, and gut healing therapies that you won’t find anywhere else! Marley began her aesthetics journey in New York in 2008, where she developed and managed a laser department for a group of plastic surgeons that were board-certified in anti-aging.
Meet Natalie Mahoney
She is the Operations Manager at the spa and has been for the last 3 years and before that she had over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Natalie takes great care in connecting with clients, staff, and business partners to establish a friendly environment where you, as the client, can feel truly valued and practitioners can focus on the care and keeping of you.

I really love the marketing side of the business because I enjoy sharing our latest luxury products and services utilizing our amazing equipment! Meet Stephanie Jackson
Omega Med Spa’s nurse practitioner is Stephanie Jackson. Stephanie is certified in injectables, aesthetics, HRT replacement, and anti-aging therapies. She is an expert in scars and can make acne scars disappear in a flash. Another one of her specialties is makeup; she is the permanent makeup artist at Omega Med Spa.
Meet Abby Bowen
Abby, a licensed aesthetician since 2016, is passionate about skin and her passion has taken her far! With a background in dermatology, Abby Bowen knows what your skin needs and she will provide it. Abby, LE, LCLT, is a licensed esthetician and licensed laser practitioner.
